Arnold's Voice (273 hits)

I think on this day July 4, 2018, I would like to point everyone's attention to something I experienced in the early 1990's. Bill Moyers presents Frederick Douglass. An actor portrayed Douglass in a speech called what is the fourth to the Negro. You can find the entire speech, almost an hour of it on the internet. It is absolutely worth watching. We could absolutely extend this to those fighting to keep rights in 2018.
